                    ROSE FLAVOR

Decades ago, as a kid, I along with my big brother and big sister would buy ice gola for 10 paisa. Indian ice gola reminds me of my childhood in hot Indian summer time, living in Junagath.

INGREDIENTS:

·      Concentrated flavor syrup, 2 string Sugar Syrup (Pourable consistency syrup), colored & flavored with Rose Syrup or any color & flavor of your choice, as needed OR Use ready made concentrated flavor syrup

·      Diluted flavor syrup (Add water in concentrated rose flavor syrup to make diluted flavor syrup), as needed

(Red Food Color, as needed to give desire color to concentrated flavor syrup and to diluted flavor syrup)

·      Tray of Ice cubes

YOU WILL NEED:

·      Ice crushing blender (Ninja blender) OR Ice Gola maker and slush maker

LET’S MAKE INDIAN ICE GOLA/ITALIAN ICE:

ITALIAN ICE:

Blend everything together until ice cubes are crushed.

Serve in glass.

Dig in!!!

OR

INDIAN ICE GOLA:

Crush ice first then press crushed ice firmly between palms to give gola shape and then drizzle diluted flavor syrup. On top pour concentrated flavor syrup to make deluxe ice gola.
