JAIPURI PINK MARBLE EGGS

             JAIPURI PINK MARBLE EGGS
             HAPPY EASTER FRIENDS...

HOW TO:
Boil enough water, eggs and teaspoon salt in big pot on high medium heat.
Once water starts to boil reduce heat to medium low and continue boiling eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.
Switch off heat.
Carefully scoop out all eggs and let them cool.
Hold egg in your hand and pound very gently on kitchen counter to crack shells here and there. Be careful not to pound eggs against kitchen counter too hard and do not remove shell.
In same pot with left over hot water, add some more water if necessary (NOTE: Heat water for few minutes if it is cold.Water should be warm) and add edible red food color as needed and stir water and place cracked eggs back in it.
Let eggs sit in colored water for 30 minutes, so red color will get absorb through the cracks on the eggs.
Scoop out eggs.
Dry eggs with tissue paper.
Allow eggs to cool completely.
Carefully remove entire shell of the egg.
There you go…you made Jaipuri pink marble eggs!!!
Enjoy making it with your kids, a memory that will last a lifetime.
I use to make these marble eggs with my son when he was very young (Now he is in college…I can’t believe. How fast time goes)
No one eats boiled egg in my house so after having Easter fun of making marble eggs with my son, I end up throwing it, but those who eat eggs can use these eggs for eating purpose.
Enjoy….
NOTE:
Use any color of your choice to make Easter Marble Eggs.
Combine two different colors and create new color. Have a  fun...
