MANGO ROSE LASSI
(Serves 1)
Mango Lassi is a refreshing cold drink on a hot
summer day.
INGREDIENTS:

3/4
cup Frozen Ripe Mango, diced (Chop fresh mango & keep them in freezer for
few hours then use) Check tip at the bottom

½
cup Cold Yogurt
·
½
cup Cold Milk
·
4
tsp. Sugar or as per taste (Amount of the sugar will depend on how sweet your
mangos are)

1
tsp. Rose Water
·
1
tsp. Rose Syrup (Keep it in freezer for 10-15 minutes)
LET’S PREPARE MANGO LASSI:
Combine
all ingredients together except rose syrup in a blender.
Cover
and blend until smooth.
Make
round ring inside the empty serving glass with rose syrup.
Pour
mango lassi.
With
the help of straw, push rose syrup downward in glass to give very attractive
look.
Serve
immediately.

TIP:
Wash and peel mango.Chop mango and spread them on plate and keep it in freezer for few hours to freeze it. Frozen mango serves two purposes. (1) Do not need to add extra ice cube that dilutes the Mango Lassi (2) It gives thick, grainy texture to the Mango Lassi.
