SOUR CREAM-HOME MADE (FOR MEXICAN DISHES)


                         SOUR CREAM-HOME MADE
                      METHOD # 1
INGREDIENTS:
·      ½ cup Greek Yogurt OR Hung Yogurt OR Thick Plain Yogurt
·      3 to 4 T Heavy Cream
·      1 tsp. Lemon Juice

LET’S MIX:
In a bowl combine all three ingredients and whisk.
Sour Cream is ready.

                         SOUR CREAM-HOME MADE
                                                        METHOD # 2

INGREDIENTS:
·      1 cup Heavy Cream
·      1/3 cup Butter Milk (How To Make Butter Milk: Take 1/3 cup Milk and add 1 tsp. White Vinegar and make butter milk)

LET’S MIX:
In a glass jar combine both ingredients and mix well.
Keep it out on kitchen counter from morning till late night. (Mixture will thicken)
Then keep it in refrigerator.
There you go sour cream is ready.
