            CRUNCHY BEAN TACO

INGREDIENTS:
·      Crunchy Corn Tacos---Store Bought
·      Refried Beans as needed
·      Romaine lettuce as needed---Store Bought
·      Guacamole as needed
·      Tomato-Onion Salsa as needed
·      Sour Cream as needed
·      Cheese as needed, grated---Store Bought

LET’S ASSEMBLE TACOS:
YOU CAN ASSEMBLE TACOS ANY WAY YOU WANT AFTER SPREADING REFRIED BEANS

This step is optional to make taco shells extra crispy:
Pre heat SMALL toaster oven on 450 degrees Fahrenheit temperature on medium heat setting for 4 - 5 minutes and then SWITCH OFF, else with high temperature taco shell will burn and turn brown.
Don’t put tacos right away. After 1-2 minutes place 5-6 tacos on oven rack and keep it in oven for few minutes to make them extra crispy.
Spread refried beans with flat spatula inside of the taco.
Add romaine lettuce, followed by guacamole, tomato –onion salsa, sour cream and cheese.
Serve immediately else it will turn soggy.
